Anna completed a masters degree in information engineering and a medical degree from Cambridge University. She completed two summer studentships and the Medicine SSC component at the Samarajiwa lab and is currently a visiting researcher. Her research involves using data science approaches to develop search and retrieval software for genomic data integration. She also utilised genomic and machine learning approaches to study gene regulation in carcinogenesis.
